METAL ROBOT SPIRITS Sazabi and ν Gundam Get hololive Colors

Premium Bandai opens orders for METAL ROBOT SPIRITS Sazabi (Hoshimachi Suisei Ver.), ¥28,600, and ν Gundam (Sakura Miko Ver.), ¥24,200, shipping Jan 2027.

Bandai Spirits opened pre-orders on August 27, 2026 for two hololive-colored METAL ROBOT SPIRITS from Char’s Counterattack: the Sazabi in a Hoshimachi Suisei Ver. at ¥28,600 (about $190) and the ν Gundam in a Sakura Miko Ver. at ¥24,200 (about $160), both shipping in January 2027 in Japan. Both are Tamashii Web Shop items, which means Premium Bandai only, with no HLJ or AmiAmi listings.

The good news for US readers is that this is one of the Premium Bandai items that does not need a proxy. Premium Bandai USA lists both figures directly, at US$260 for the Sazabi and US$220 for the ν Gundam, with shipping scheduled for February 2027. Readers in the UK, Canada and Australia are still in proxy territory; more on that below.

What the collaboration versions are

The two figures are the “GUNDAM” × “hololive production” collaboration colors, built on the existing METAL ROBOT SPIRITS tooling. The Sazabi is recolored in the blue of Hoshimachi Suisei and the ν Gundam in the pink of Sakura Miko, matching the two VTubers’ character palettes. Bandai’s page says the shield carries special collaboration markings, and each figure comes with a dedicated display stand in an original design.

Underneath, these are the same die-cast-jointed figures the line is known for. The Sazabi stands about 160 mm and ships with the beam shot rifle, beam tomahawk, shield, six funnels with display parts, swappable hands and effect parts for the tomahawk and beam sabers. The ν Gundam is about 150 mm and includes the beam rifle, two beam sabers, the New Hyper Bazooka, shield, six fin funnels with their display frame and a set of joint parts. Both are ABS, die-cast and PVC and rated 15 and up.

Order window and limits

Neither the Tamashii Web nor the Premium Bandai page gives a closing date. Both say orders end early once the planned quantity is reached, and the Japanese Sazabi page caps orders at two per person. That is normal for Tamashii Web Shop items, but it means the safe reading is “open until it isn’t.” Tamashii Web lists Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the USA as sales regions, which the US listings already confirm. How to buy from the US

Go straight to Premium Bandai USA for the Sazabi or the ν Gundam. You pay in dollars, the figure ships domestically in February 2027, and there is no proxy fee, no international postage and no customs handling on your side. The dollar price is roughly a third above the yen price converted at ¥150, which is typical for P-Bandai USA, but a proxy order adds service fees and Japan-to-US shipping on a die-cast figure box, so the gap is smaller than it looks. Premium Bandai USA does not accept exchanges or returns on pre-orders, so check the version before you commit.

How to buy from the UK, Canada or Australia

Premium Bandai USA ships within the United States, and Tamashii Web lists only Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the USA as sales regions for these two, so there is no UK, Canadian or Australian storefront to check. The fallback is a proxy service ordering from the Japanese Premium Bandai page and forwarding the box in January 2027.
