Daiki Kougyou’s 1/6 Mary Celeste in her Grim Night’s Reaper skin from Azur Lane is 完全受注生産 — built to order only — and the maker stops accepting orders on November 4, 2026. Nothing beyond that order count gets made, and no second run is announced. The figure is ¥39,600 (about $265) including tax, stands about 360 mm with its base, and ships in March 2027.
That November 4 date is JST, so order by November 3 if you are in the US. HobbyLink Japan lists it at ¥36,000 (about $240) and AmiAmi at ¥37,620 (about $250). HLJ also prints a cancellation deadline of October 28 — it keeps taking orders after that, but from then on an order cannot be cancelled.
What made-to-order changes
Most figures in this price bracket get a production run sized to pre-orders plus a retail buffer, so a shop can still have stock on release day. A 完全受注生産 item is produced only in the quantity ordered by the cut-off, which means there is no release-day retail stock to fall back on — after November 4 the secondhand market is the only route.
It also makes HLJ’s October 28 date worth noting. That is not when ordering stops — it is when your order stops being cancellable, a week before the maker closes the book entirely. Order on October 29 and you are committed. Our pre-order 101 covers how maker windows and shop deadlines interact.

The three prices, and the AmiAmi bonus
This one is a useful example of why the same figure carries three different numbers.
| Where | Price | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Japanese MSRP | ¥39,600 incl. tax | ¥36,000 before tax |
| HLJ | ¥36,000 (about $240) | Exactly the pre-tax figure — consumption tax off an export order |
| AmiAmi, standard | ¥37,620 (about $250) | A discount off the tax-included price |
| AmiAmi, bonus version | ¥39,600 (about $265) | Full tax-included MSRP, plus an A5 acrylic character plate |
AmiAmi lists the item twice: a standard listing and a separate “AmiAmi Exclusive Bonus” listing that adds an A5 acrylic character plate. The bonus version costs ¥1,980 more than AmiAmi’s own standard listing, so the acrylic plate is effectively a paid add-on rather than a freebie. Whether that is worth it is a taste question; what matters is not ordering the pricier listing by accident.
HLJ is ¥1,620 below AmiAmi’s discounted price and ¥3,600 below the tax-included MSRP, though neither figure includes international shipping. The two shops also cap orders differently: HLJ allows three per person, AmiAmi one per account and shipping address. AmiAmi flags both listings with a warning that shipping for this item may be very high because of package size or weight, which is worth taking seriously on a 360 mm figure. HLJ vs AmiAmi compares how the two handle shipping quotes, billing and cancellations.
Where it fits
Azur Lane figures are a steady presence on the site — see the Azur Lane hub for what we have covered, including the MUSI9 Fes roundup. Release is about six months after the cut-off, so the card you order with should still be the one you want charged; when Japanese figure shops charge your card lays out each shop’s billing trigger.
Amazon US has no listing yet; the link below is a search until one appears.
Most Japanese shops ship worldwide by EMS/DHL (7–14 days). Duties and import taxes are charged on delivery in most countries — check your local threshold before ordering.
