Square Enix has opened pre-orders for STATIC ARTS Tifa Lockhart -Swimsuit Ver.- from Final Fantasy VII Rebirth: ¥29,700 (about $200) tax-in, about 26 cm tall including the base, releasing November 28, 2026 in Japan. Pre-orders have been open since August 21 (JST) at the Square Enix e-STORE and the export shops. For overseas buyers this one is easy: HobbyLink Japan and AmiAmi both list it, and unlike most figures in this price band there is no store-exclusive bonus to chase. The catch is timing. HLJ closes its pre-order window on September 2, 2026 (JST), which, taking end of day JST, is 10:59 a.m. ET / 7:59 a.m. PT on Wednesday, September 2.
The statue
This is Tifa in her Rebirth swimsuit: a pale purple frilled two-piece with a flower in her hair. The clear-molded base puts a wave breaking around her feet, and Square Enix’s product photos show the hair and limbs sculpted with more finesse than the price band usually gets.
STATIC ARTS is Square Enix’s fixed-pose line, as opposed to the articulated PLAY ARTS Kai. Like the rest of the line it is non-scale; at 26 cm it is close to a 1/7 in practice.

Why this matters for overseas buyers
Square Enix figures are general retail, so you do not need a proxy service. HLJ had it on pre-order at ¥27,000 (about $182, tax-free export price) when we checked on August 30, and AmiAmi has its own listing as well. Tokyo Otaku Mode, which ships from Japan with prices in US dollars, was already sold out of its allocation, so the two Japanese specialists are the practical route. Our guide to HLJ, AmiAmi and Good Smile covers how their payment-on-release systems differ.
Square Enix’s North American store had no listing when we checked, so a US-dollar option from the maker is not on the table for now.
At ¥29,700 for a 26 cm non-scale piece, this costs roughly twice Kotobukiya’s ARTFX J Hilbert with Victini at ¥15,400. No rerun has been announced, which is the main argument for locking in a pre-order now rather than waiting for release-day stock.
Where to pre-order
The Buyee and ZenMarket links point at the Japanese Square Enix e-STORE page for readers who prefer to order from the maker directly; see our proxy comparison for what that adds in fees. The Amazon US link is a search page until a listing appears.
The September 2 deadline goes on the Pre-order Radar. More Final Fantasy VII Rebirth merchandise will collect on the series hub.
Most Japanese shops ship worldwide by EMS/DHL (7–14 days). Duties and import taxes are charged on delivery in most countries — check your local threshold before ordering.
