Kotobukiya has opened pre-orders for a 1/7 scale Sakura Kinomoto [Siege] Costume Ver. from Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card: ¥24,200 (about $165) tax-in, about 240 mm tall including the base, shipping April 2027. Pre-orders started August 25 (JST), and both HobbyLink Japan and AmiAmi already have product pages up, so US and UK buyers can order directly without a proxy. The one thing you cannot get abroad is the Kotobukiya Shop bonus, an alternate face part, which is sold only through Kotobukiya’s Japanese-language store.

The figure

This is Sakura in the pink battle costume from the Clear Card arc, the outfit Kotobukiya labels “Siege” (包囲). She holds the Dream Staff, and Kero-chan sits beside her on the base. Kotobukiya’s product copy makes a point of the ribbons and skirt caught mid-motion, and the base is pink glitter acrylic with a foil-stamped magic circle. The prototype was sculpted by Mishima; the maker notes the photos are of a prototype and the finished product may differ slightly.

Deadlines and what they mean

Kotobukiya’s own shop says orders placed by October 27 are guaranteed; after that it takes orders only until its allocation fills. There is no time of day on the page, so assume end of day JST, which is about 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT on Tuesday, October 27. HLJ runs its own cut-off and currently shows October 21, 2026, after which orders cannot be cancelled. The face-part bonus

The Kotobukiya Shop exclusive is a swap-in face part, which is a bigger deal than the usual shikishi or postcard bonus because it changes how the figure displays. Getting it means ordering from a Japanese-language store that limits purchases to three per person and ships domestically, so in practice you would use a proxy; our Buyee vs ZenMarket comparison covers the fees and the second shipping leg. Kotobukiya’s fine print also says shop bonuses can turn up through overseas sales or events, so it is not guaranteed to stay exclusive.

If you do not care about the extra face, HLJ at ¥22,000 (about $149) plus shipping, or AmiAmi’s English store, is the simpler route. Kotobukiya’s other recent pre-order, the ARTFX J Hilbert with Victini, follows the same pattern: shop bonus at home, plain figure abroad.
