ALTER Delays Solution Epsilon, Algérie Figures to Fall 2026

ALTER moved Overlord Solution Epsilon so-bin Ver. from August to September 2026 and both Azur Lane Algérie figures to October. What changes for pre-orders.

ALTER has pushed back three figures that were due to ship in August 2026: the 1/8 scale Solution Epsilon 10th Anniversary so-bin Ver. from Overlord now ships in September, and both Azur Lane Algérie figures, the full-rig version and the Light Equipment Ver., move to October. The change is posted at the top of ALTER’s shipping page, and the three product pages already show the new months.

If you pre-ordered at HobbyLink Japan or AmiAmi, nothing changes on your side except the wait: neither shop charges a standard pre-order until the item is in stock, so the delay just moves the invoice by one or two months. Details on each shop’s timing are below.

What moved

Solution Epsilon is the Pleiades maid from Overlord in the pose from so-bin’s tenth-anniversary illustration, sculpted by Mumei with paint by Kenji Ando and Watanabe. It is a general-retail release, so HLJ, AmiAmi and Japanese hobby shops all took orders.

The two Algérie figures, the French heavy cruiser from Azur Lane, are AmiAmi exclusives: ALTER’s pages say they cannot be bought anywhere else. The full version ships with her rigging, which is why it is the pricier of the two; the Light Equipment Ver. drops it.

ALTER gives no reason for the change and does not name a ship date within the new months. As we explain in Pre-order 101, the month on a Japanese listing is a plan, and one-to-two-month slips of this kind are routine for scale figures.

What a delay means for your pre-order

Payment. HLJ does not take payment for a normal pre-order until the item reaches its warehouse, and AmiAmi sends its payment request once every item in the order is available, then gives you seven days to pay. So the charge for Solution Epsilon now lands in September at the earliest, and for Algérie in October, in each case a few days after ALTER ships to the shop. If you had an AmiAmi order combining Algérie with something arriving in August, the whole order waits for the October item unless you split it.

Cancelling. HLJ prints a cancellation deadline on each listing; a maker delay does not extend it, and once it has passed the order stands. AmiAmi accepts cancellation requests on unreleased pre-orders from your account page but treats them as requests, and repeated cancellations can restrict an account. If the new month is a problem for you, act before the shop invoices rather than after.

Late orders. Solution Epsilon was still searchable at the export shops when we checked, and the delay does not by itself reopen sold-out allocations. For the AmiAmi-only Algérie pair, the Buyee vs ZenMarket route only helps if AmiAmi’s Japanese store still has stock; the English store is the simpler path while it does.
