ALTER’s new Berserker/Morgan in her Final Ascension form from Fate/Grand Order is an AmiAmi exclusive: ¥48,180 (about $320), 1/7 scale, about 380 mm tall with her weapon, shipping October 2027. For overseas buyers that is simpler than it sounds. AmiAmi’s English store lists it for pre-order now and ships overseas, so there is no proxy to arrange, but there is also no Amazon US, HLJ or other shop to fall back on if AmiAmi’s allocation runs out.
Two more ALTER figures are up alongside it: Sparkle from Honkai: Star Rail (general retail, ¥29,480, about $195, October 2027) and Ines Gala Night Ver. from Arknights (another AmiAmi exclusive, ¥21,780, about $145, August 2027).

At 380 mm overall (the figure itself is about 270 mm to the top of the head; the rest is weapon) this is a display-case-defining piece rather than a shelf figure, and the price reflects it. ALTER’s product page lists AmiAmi as the sole retailer and states that it cannot be purchased anywhere else, which is the detail that matters for planning: AmiAmi’s English store takes overseas pre-orders directly, so the only question is whether you get in before the allocation closes. AmiAmi’s listing currently shows the item as “Pre-order” with no closing date posted.
Sparkle (Honkai: Star Rail)
Sparkle is a general-retail release, so it will turn up at the usual export shops and eventually on Amazon.

ALTER notes the shikishi bonus is not included with units sold through miHoYo’s official shop in China, which gets a different bonus; that does not affect US or UK buyers ordering from Japanese shops. Ines Gala Night Ver. (Arknights)
Ines joins ALTER’s Gala Night series of Arknights figures (Hellagur, Eunectes, W and Schwarz are already listed) and, like Morgan, is an AmiAmi exclusive: 1/7 scale, about 190 mm (210 mm with base), ¥21,780 tax-in (about $145), August 2027. Sculpt is by ななろく, paint by 星名詠美. AmiAmi’s English store lists it for pre-order now with an AmiAmi exclusive bonus noted in the title.
