Kaiyodo DOA6 Honoka and Marie Rose 1/7: Sep 8 Pre-Orders

Kaiyodo is entering the Dead or Alive 6 figure market with two 1/7 scales at once: Honoka and Marie Rose, ¥33,000 (about $225) each, both shipping June 2027. Pre-orders open on September 8, 2026 at 12:00 JST, which is Monday, September 7 at 11:00 p.m. ET / 8:00 p.m. PT. Kaiyodo posted both product pages on September 4 and announced the opening time on its official X account, quoted by HOBBY Watch. These are general-retail releases, so the usual Japanese export shops should list them on the day; nothing is up yet as we write this.

Honoka

Honoka is the schoolgirl fighter in her default (1P) uniform, posed for a victory scene with one finger raised. Kaiyodo’s page points to the digitally sculpted texture of the blazer and to the paint on the lips and the sheer knee socks. She stands about 26 cm including the base, in PVC and ABS, sculpted by Taro Murai and painted by Tetsuya Umeda.

Marie Rose

Marie Rose is in her 1P servant outfit, and the sculpt’s job is to keep an almost all-black costume from turning into one dark shape: the bustier gets a glossy enamel finish, the skirt a matte cloth texture, the boots a leather look, so the three read as different materials. Her blonde hair is finished in pearl paint. She stands about 25 cm including the base, PVC and ABS, sculpted by Nicholas (潘皓賢) and painted by Tetsuya Umeda.

Both come on a stone-pavement base. Kaiyodo designed the bases to line up so the two can be displayed as the pair they become in the game’s story.

Why it matters overseas

Kaiyodo, best known abroad for Revoltech and Amazing Yamaguchi, is now doing full 1/7 scales of a Koei Tecmo fighting-game cast. At ¥33,000 each these are priced above the company’s recent Hatsune Miku Azure Dragon (¥27,500), which went to general retail and is carried by AmiAmi. Expect the same pattern here: the export shops’ listings are where overseas buyers get in, alongside Kaiyodo’s own Japan-facing online store.

The pair pricing is the decision to make before Monday night US time. Two figures at ¥66,000 (about $450) plus shipping is a serious order, and the linked bases only pay off if you buy both.

How to buy

Pre-orders open at 12:00 JST on September 8 at Japanese retailers; Kaiyodo’s X post will carry the pre-order links, and AmiAmi and HobbyLink Japan usually list Kaiyodo scales within the day. The links below are search pages until listings exist, and we will replace them with product pages once they do. No pre-order deadline is posted; Kaiyodo’s pages carry the standard note that orders may close depending on stock.
