Godzilla -0.0: Bandai Movie Monster and Kaiju-Oh Godzilla

Bandai has put the new Godzilla design from Godzilla -0.0 (Godzilla Minus Zero) into its two mainline Godzilla toy series. The Movie Monster Series Godzilla (2026) is the standard-size figure at ¥3,520 (about $25), out October 31, 2026, and the Kaiju-Oh Series Godzilla (2026) is the larger piece at ¥7,920 (about $55) and roughly 285 mm, out November 14. Both land around the film’s Japanese opening on November 3, which Bandai’s product pages give as a Tuesday holiday, and overseas theatrical dates are not on Bandai’s pages, so importers may have the figure before the film.

For US buyers the Movie Monster Series is the one to watch, and also the one to move on: HobbyLink Japan listed the 2026 Godzilla at ¥3,200, below Bandai’s list price, but its listing shows the first order window closed on August 27 and the item out of stock as of August 28, so watch for a reopening or a second allocation. The Kaiju-Oh Series had no export-shop listing when we checked.

Movie Monster Series Godzilla (2026)

Bandai’s product page keeps it short: Godzilla (2026) as seen in Godzilla -0.0, ¥3,520 tax-in, on sale October 31, 2026, age 3 and up, with the figure as the only item in the box. Dengeki Hobby’s write-up adds that the sculpt has the mouth open in a roar.

Movie Monster Series is Bandai’s general-retail line for Toho kaiju, which is why it is the Godzilla line export shops list first.

Kaiju-Oh Series Godzilla (2026)

The Kaiju-Oh (Monster King) Series entry is the bigger one: Bandai’s page gives the size as about 285 mm and the price as ¥7,920 tax-in, with a November 14, 2026 release, age 3 and up, and the figure as the only item in the box. If you want a display piece rather than a shelf figure, this is the one.

Also announced: Dioramouse Godzilla

Bandai’s list for the same announcement includes a ¥990 (about $7) item called Dioramouse Godzilla (ジオラマウス ゴジラ), dated December 26, 2026. Per Bandai’s page it is a Godzilla-face capsule that opens at the mouth to reveal a mini diorama: a small figure plus a scenery sheet, sold as five kinds plus one secret, with Godzilla (2026) in the lineup. Blind items like this are usually sold by the box or the piece at Japanese shops; export shops tend to list them by the box.

Prices are Bandai’s tax-in list prices; HLJ’s price is its own.

What this means for overseas buyers

The Movie Monster Series figure ships before the film opens in Japan, so a pre-order now gets it to you around the time Godzilla -0.0 reaches theaters there; overseas release dates for the film are not on Bandai’s pages, so check your local distributor. Bandai’s product pages carry the usual note that names, dates and prices can change.

Bandai’s toy pages do not list overseas sales regions the way Tamashii Nations’ pages do, so plan on the export shops or a US retailer that stocks the Movie Monster line.
