Hobby sakura has opened pre-orders for a 1/7 scale Viper from Goddess of Victory: Nikke, subtitled “Illustration ver. 手遅れた気付き” (Teokureta Kizuki — roughly “a realization that came too late,” our rendering), at ¥29,150 (about $195) for the standard edition and ¥31,900 (about $215) for a deluxe edition that adds an original-illustration wall scroll. Release is June 2027, and both AmiAmi and HobbyLink Japan are already taking orders from overseas addresses, so US buyers do not need a proxy for this one.

It is the second Viper figure to open this week, after Good Smile Arts Shanghai’s posable Hyper Body Viper: Toxic Rabbit on September 7. The two are very different products, and the price gap says as much: the Hyper Body lists at ¥15,800, this one at nearly double.

What you get

This is a fixed-pose PVC/ABS scale figure, about 250 mm tall including the base, based on an illustration of Viper in a pink jacket over a white top and a short iridescent skirt, with fishnets and laced heeled boots on a cracked-ground stand. HOBBY Watch singles out the slightly shadowed smile and the fingertip gesture as the details the sculpt is built around, with paint work that is meant to carry the depth and texture of the source art rather than flat color.

The deluxe edition is the same figure plus a 原画タペストリー — a wall scroll printed with the original illustration. Hobby sakura has not published the scroll’s dimensions, so treat that as an unknown for now.

An overseas maker on the Japanese export shops

Hobby sakura is not a Japanese company; HOBBY Watch files this one under “overseas manufacturer.” What matters for readers here is distribution: rather than selling through its own storefront with its own shipping rules, this Hobby sakura release is stocked by the same Japanese export shops that carry Good Smile and Kotobukiya. That means the usual AmiAmi and HLJ pre-order mechanics apply — no charge until the figure is in stock, the same shipping options, and the same English customer service — and no proxy fees on top. Prices at the shops

AmiAmi’s discount is the deeper one: ¥26,230 (about $175) for the standard edition and ¥28,710 (about $190) for the deluxe, both against list. HLJ is at ¥26,500 (about $175) and ¥29,000 (about $195) respectively. On a figure this expensive the difference is a few dollars; pick whichever shop’s shipping quote and combining rules suit the rest of your order.

Neither shop posts a sales deadline. HLJ shows an October 28, 2026 cancellation deadline — the date after which HLJ stops accepting order cancellations, not the end of the pre-order — and AmiAmi lists the item as open with no cut-off. As always with discounted Japanese pre-orders, allocations can close early, and a ¥29,000 figure is not one to hold on a whim.
