Nendoroid Hugo Vlad: Coin Part Is a GSC Store Bonus Only

Good Smile says the coin and hand part in Nendoroid Hugo Vlad photos is an Online Store bonus, not included in the ¥7,700 figure shipping November 2026.

Good Smile Company posted a correction on August 26, 2026 (JST): some product photos of Nendoroid Hugo Vlad, the Zenless Zone Zero character made by Good Smile Arts Shanghai, showed a coin and matching hand part without saying that those parts are a Good Smile Company Online Store purchase bonus. The standard figure, ¥7,700 (about $50) and shipping November 2026, does not include them.

If you pre-ordered from a retailer such as HobbyLink Japan, AmiAmi, or your local shop, you will get the figure as sold, without the coin. If you ordered from the Good Smile Online Store (or, per the bonus block on the product page, the miHoYo official shop), the coin and hand ship together with the figure. The notice mentions no refund, exchange, or separate sale of the part.

What the notice says

The notice, published in Japanese and English, is short. Good Smile says that images on its own product page used the store-bonus parts without a label, apologizes, and states that the images are being corrected. It names the affected item as a Good Smile Arts Shanghai product, Nendoroid Hugo Vlad, scheduled to ship in November 2026.

The company closes with a line about tightening internal checks. There is no mention of any change to the figure itself, its price, or its shipping month.

What is actually in the box

Per the Good Smile product page, Nendoroid Hugo Vlad is a painted, non-scale articulated figure about 100 mm tall with a stand. The point of the correction is that the coin, plus the hand posed to hold it, is not part of that package unless you bought from the Good Smile Online Store.

Pre-orders ran from February 10 to March 25, 2026 (JST) at ¥7,700, with a limit of three per person at the official store. Why store bonuses trip people up

Good Smile runs a lot of “Good Smile Online Store bonus” parts, and photos that include them are common. Most of the time the page captions say so. This case slipped through, which matters because collectors in the US often decide between the official store and a specialist retailer based on exactly these extras, and by the time the photo is corrected the pre-order window is long gone.

The practical rule: before you order any Good Smile item, open the “bonus information” block on the product page and compare it against the photos. If a part appears in a photo but not in the product spec list, assume it is a bonus and ask the shop. If you already ordered

  • Good Smile Online Store / miHoYo official shop: the coin and hand part come with the figure. Nothing to do.
  • HLJ, AmiAmi, and other retailers: you receive the standard figure. HLJ lists the item at ¥7,000 with orders stopped. The Zenless Zone Zero series hub will track any rerun.

November 2026 shipping from Japan means US arrivals in late November or December, depending on the shop’s shipping method.
