Fall 2026 Anime Premiere Schedule in ET, PT, UK and AU Time

Japan premiere dates and times for the October 2026 anime season converted to ET, PT, UK and Sydney time, plus the streaming platforms confirmed so far.

The October 2026 anime season starts on the weekend of October 2 in Japan, with The Apothecary Diaries Season 3, Tokyo Revengers’ Three Deities Arc and Ranma1/2 Season 3 all premiering within 48 hours of each other; of those three, Ranma1/2 (Netflix) and Tokyo Revengers (Disney+) already have a confirmed overseas platform. This page converts every confirmed Japanese premiere to Eastern, Pacific, UK and Sydney time and lists the overseas streaming platform only where an official site has named one. We update it as broadcasters and platforms confirm details; the “as of” date is under the table.

Because Japan does not observe daylight saving time while the US, UK and Australia do, the offsets change during the season: US and UK clocks go back on November 1 and October 25, and Sydney goes forward on October 4. The conversions below are computed per date, so a late-night JST slot lands on the previous morning in the US in both October and November.

How to read the table

• Japan premiere (JST) is the first episode’s broadcast start as printed on the official site. Japanese TV lists late-night slots past 24:00 (for example “Friday 25:23” for Tokyo Revengers); we show the actual calendar day, which is why that row reads Saturday 1:23.
• Time TBA means the official site had a date but no time when we checked; date TBA means the official site only said “October” or “fall.”
• Overseas streaming (official) is filled only when the anime’s official site names the platform. Crunchyroll and other simulcast announcements usually come from the platforms themselves closer to the premiere; we add them when confirmed. A blank here does not mean no simulcast is coming.

Notes on the big ones

The Apothecary Diaries Season 3 airs Fridays at 23:00 JST on NTV’s Friday Anime Night block across 30 stations, in two cours: the first from October 2, 2026 and the second from April 2027. The official site says streaming follows the broadcast, without naming overseas platforms yet.

Ranma1/2 Season 3 was confirmed at the July 25 fan event: NTV, Saturdays at 24:55 JST from October 3, with Netflix streaming exclusively right after the Japanese broadcast. For US viewers that is Saturday morning.

Tokyo Revengers: Three Deities Arc takes the Animeism slot from October 2 (Friday 25:23 JST on MBS, with other stations following), and the official on-air page names Disney+ as the worldwide subscription-streaming exclusive, excluding mainland China, from 2:00 AM JST each Saturday.

Netflix and Prime Video originals are the easiest to plan around: JoJo’s Steel Ball Run 2nd and 3rd Stage (September 25), LEGO One Piece (September 29), Bass X Machina (November 3) and Fool Night (November 26) are Netflix releases per the Animate Times season list, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 is a Netflix exclusive on October 20 per its official site, and Demon’s Crest is a Prime Video worldwide exclusive on November 6 per its official site. Release times for these are not published in advance on the Japanese sites.

Reincarnated as a Sword II is a case where streaming beats broadcast in Japan: ABEMA carries it a week ahead of TV from September 30, before the TOKYO MX premiere on October 7 at 24:00 JST.

The season’s figure announcements are already moving. Good Smile has the Nendoroid Doll Yuta Okkotsu and other pre-orders open now, and Bandai opens S.H.Figuarts Jujutsu Kaisen pre-orders on September 1. Deadlines for anything tied to a fall title go on the Pre-order Radar.
