Blue Archive Chinatsu 1/7 Figure: Pre-Orders Now to Sept 14

Good Smile Company has pushed the pre-order deadline for the Yostar Shop 1/7 scale Chinatsu from Blue Archive back from August 26 to September 14, 2026 (JST), citing strong demand in a notice dated August 24. The figure is ¥24,800 (about $165) and ships in May 2027. For overseas buyers the extension is only half the story: Good Smile’s own online shop is open again until the 14th and AmiAmi is still taking orders, but HobbyLink Japan has already filled its slots and Good Smile US shows the item as closed.

What changed

The notice covers one product, the Chinatsu figure sold under the Yostar Shop label and distributed by Good Smile (JAN 4580864554254). Pre-orders opened on June 2, 2026 with an August 26 cutoff; that cutoff is now September 14. Good Smile’s product page gives the date without a time of day. If the shop follows its usual end-of-day JST close, that is around 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT on Monday, September 14, so treat Sunday the 13th as the safe deadline from North America.

Good Smile also warns, as it does on every pre-order, that the window can close early without notice if allocations run out. Given that HLJ already hit its cap, do not assume the full two extra weeks are guaranteed everywhere.

The figure

Wonderful Works is the studio behind several of Good Smile’s Blue Archive scales, and Chinatsu keeps the same format: school uniform, sidearm, medical bag, and the halo that pushes the total height past 25 cm.

Where you can still order

Three options as of August 29:

• Good Smile online shop (Japan) lists the extended window through September 14. Payment is taken two to three weeks before shipping, not at order time, when you pay by card or PayPal.
• AmiAmi has the figure at the ¥24,800 list price with a May 2027 release date and a limit of one per household. No deadline is printed on the listing; AmiAmi usually closes when its own allocation is spoken for.
• HobbyLink Japan priced it at ¥22,545 but is at “Order Stop” with its pre-order slots full. HLJ says it may reopen after the May 2027 release if stock is left.
• Good Smile US listed it at $182.99 and currently shows Pre-Order Closed.

An Amazon US listing had not appeared when we checked; the BuyBox link below is a search page until one does.

Why this matters for overseas buyers

A deadline extension on a figure that is already sold out at one exporter usually means the maker added units, not that demand fell. That makes this a second chance rather than a soft market, and the two shops still open are the ones to use.
